How to use

Take 1 tablet a day. For best absorption take between meals, preferably before bedtime. Not recommended for pregnant women or children under one year unless advised by a doctor.

Composition

Per tablet: zinc 15 mg (as zinc gluconate). Glucose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
